Mert Aybar began to work in communication industry 12 years ago as an advertising copywriter in a well-known Advertising Agency. He had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients including brands from finance ,FMCG, and household items as a part of the creative team. Having gained advertising agency experience, he joined Excel Communication and Perception Management in 2007 and held in variety of different positions, in which his expertise in strategic planning made contributions to the company in different key areas. He currently works as a Group Director in Excel Communication and Perception Management, leading the development and implementation of long and short term communications strategies and programs in terms of corporate and marketing strategies of global and local accounts.
